A 20 year old male found to have systolic murmur on cardiac examination by his GP. Echocardiogram was done, Spot the findings and make a diagnosis on the basis of echocardiography clips shown, answer is given after one minute with explanation of findings. Case 90 : FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS: Para-sternal Long axis view is showing ventricular septal defect, Parasternal short axis view with color doppler confirms its presence around 12 O' clock position suggesting outlet type VSD, most likely infracristal. High velocity jet is suggestive of small and restrictive defect.
